(Alliance News) - StatPro Group PLC on Wednesday said Rorema Baheer BV has sold its entire 7.9% stake in the company, in a transaction on Tuesday.
Rorema is the fund management of Gran Fondo Capital. StatPro shares closed flat in London on Wednesday in London at 227.00 pence each.
At that price, a 7.9% stake in portfolio analysis software firm StatPro would be worth GBP11.8 million.
