(Alliance News) - Sensyne Health PLC said Monday it hired Interim Chair Charles Swingland as the new permanent non-executive chair of the clinical artificial intelligence technology firm with immediate effect.
Swingland has been interim chair since October 2018, after former incumbent John Bell stepped down on becoming a life sciences advisor to the UK government. Prior to becoming interim chair, Swingland had served as non-executive director.
Shares in Sensyne were 1.1% lower at 112.75 pence in London on Monday.
