Primorus Investments PLC - invests in natural resources sector - Non-Executive Chair Jeremy Taylor-Firth and Executive Director Alastair Clayton step down immediately. Richard Labrum, a recently appointed director, becomes executive chair until further notice. Says will include a review of board composition as part of the strategic review of the company and its business. Back in September, Primorus received a letter from an unnamed 5% shareholder seeking a meeting to remove the entire board and appoint Labrum and two others. The requisition was withdrawn when the three were appointed.

CPPGroup PLC - Leeds-based products and services for financial services and insurance sectors - Appoints David Morrison to board as non-independent non-executive director. Morrison, the founder of Prospect Investment Management, will represent Hamish Ogston, CPP's founder and largest shareholder.

BiON PLC - Malaysian wastewater treatment and renewable energy solutions formerly known as Green & Smart Holdings - Appoints Mohd Sofiyuddin Ahmad Tabrani as non-executive director, effective immediately. Sofiyuddin a partner in Zaid Ibrahim & Co, the largest law firm in Malaysia, BiON notes. Meanwhile, Haji Radzali Hassan will step down as non-executive director on April 19 next year.

Sensyne Health PLC - Oxford, England-based clinical applications of artificial intelligence - Hires Derek Baird to be president of North American operations, joining on December 1. Baird joins from Chicago-based digital health systems firm Avia.

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC - London-based stockbroker and wealth manager - Simonetta Rigo resigns from board, effective from Friday, to take up an undisclosed executive position elsewhere. Says a replacement independent non-executive director will be appointed "in due course".

Aminex PLC - Tanzania focused gas project developer - Appoints James Lansdell as non-executive director, representing shareholder Eclipse Investments LLC and replacing Harald van Dongen, effective immediately. Lansdell is senior legal counsel at Zubair Corp.
