LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas development and production company, Ruspetro PLC, Friday said that Executive Chairman Alexander Chistyakov transferred 11.43 million shares from Wind River Management Limited, to Bristol Technologies Limited, both companies he owns a stake in.
Chistyakov now holds a 17.8% stake in Ruspetro.
Ruspetro shares were trading 2.6% lower Friday afternoon, at 37.25 pence per share.
