(Alliance News) - Regional REIT Ltd said on Friday people closely associated with Chair Kevin McGrath have bought shares worth GBP39,541.
Olivia and Cornelius McGrath bought 37,128 shares at GBP1.07 each.
The firm also said Non-Executive Director William Eason bought 25,000 shares at GBP1.06 each, for GBP26,625. Non-Executive Frances Daley bought 46,948 shares at the same price for GBP50,000.
Non-Executive Director Stephen Inglis bought 56,573 shares at GBP1.07, for GBP60,250. A person closely associated to Non-Executive Director Tim Bee, Robyn Taylor-Bee, bought 31,037 shares at GBP1.07 for GBP31,037.
Non-Executive Director Daniel Taylor has purchased 321,598 shares at GBP1.07, for GBP342,502.
Regional REIT also said a person associated with Non-Executive Director Daniel Taylor, Charmian Taylor, bought 18,500 shares at GBP1.07 for GBP19,703. Another associate of Taylor, George Taylor, bought 19,900 shares at GBP1.07 for GBP21,194.
All of these transactions took place on Tuesday. Regional REIT shares closed 0.2% lower on Friday at 105.80p.
