LONDON (Alliance News) - Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC Tuesday said Hugh Cox, an executive director, bought 38,838 shares at a price of 18.07 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Cox now holds 9.5 million shares, which represents a 12.65% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading at 18.06 pence, up 4.7%, Tuesday.
