LONDON (Alliance News) - Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC said founder and Chief Data Officer Hugh Cox bought 15,090 shares at a price of 15.12 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Cox is interested in 9.6 million shares representing 12.68% of the company's current issued share capital.
Shares in the data processor were up 6.1% at 15.12p Tuesday.
