LONDON (Alliance News) - Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC Wednesday said Executive Director Hugh Cox Bought 25,000 shares at 20.30 pence each on Tuesday.
He now has an interest in 9.5 million shares, or 12.6% of the company's issued share capital.
Rosslyn Data shares were down 3.8% at 20.20 pence Wednesday morning.
