LONDON (Alliance News) - Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income PLC on Wednesday said Newton Investment Management Ltd held a 6.1% stake in the company.
Following a deal on Tuesday last week, Newton Investment Management held 6.1 million shares or a 6.1% stake in Riverstone Credit Opportunities, a newly formed company managed by Riverstone Investment Group LLC.
Riverstone Credit Opportunities announced its float in May and intends to make senior secured loans to energy-related businesses.
Any previous stake held by Newton Investment Management in Riverstone COI has not been disclosed.
Shares in Riverstone Credit Opportunities were down 1.5% at USD1.00 on Wednesday afternoon.
