(Sharecast News) - Redcentric updated the market on its previously-announced acquisition of certain business and assets relating to three data centres from the in-administration Sungard Availability Services UK, and the separate acquisition of 4D Data Centres.

Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, North Yorkshire-based IT managed services - Buys three data centres from Sungard Availability Services UK Ltd for GBP10.1 million. Says the centres will add new recovery-based services to its offering. Further, it acquires 4D Data Centres Ltd for GBP10.0 million. Says both acquisitions will increase its capability and scale. Funds the acquisitions with its recently signed GBP80 million revolving credit facility.

Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, England-based IT services provider - Says its subsidiary Redcentric Solutions Ltd has signed conditional contracts to buy the business and assets from Sungard Availability Services Ltd, an IT service management company. The acquisition relates to the operation of up to three Sungard data centres and network services from Sungard. Initial minimum cash consideration to be paid on completion for the acquisition is GBP11 million and the maximum consideration is GBP22 million.

Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, England-based IT services provider - Completes and increases the refinance of its debt facilities due to mature on June 30. The new facilities consist of a GBP80 million revolving credit facility and a GBP20 million accordion facility. They have an initial maturity date of April 26, 2025 with options to extends by a further one or two years. Company says the new facility will be used for working capital purposes and to fund acquisitions.
