(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Friday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

PensionBee Group PLC, up 5.6% at 71.80 pence, 12-month range 45.51-115.00p. The online pension provider climbs on the back of its interim results, released Thursday. The company reported it had narrowed its pretax loss in the six months ended June 30 to GBP9.2 million from GBP16.9 million the year prior. Its revenue grew by 31% to GBP10.9 million from GBP8.3 million a year prior, driven by a 38% increase in assets under administration to GBP3.70 billion from GBP2.68 billion, as the number of customers with accounts that hold pension assets in Pensionbee plans grew by 33% to 211,000. Looking ahead, Pensionbee said it is confident in the potential for future growth. The company also reaffirmed its guidance of achieving long-term earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margins of more than 50%, as well as achieving adjusted Ebitda profitability by the end of 2023.

Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC, up 2.2% at 57.94 pence, 12-month range 42.25-87.90p. The real estate investment trust completes the sale of four specialised supported housing properties for a total consideration of GBP7.6 million. Triple Point explains the consideration for the sale reflects a gain of GBP663,136, or 9.6%, against the purchase price and is in line with its portfolio's book value of around GBP7.9 million as at June 30.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

RC365 Holding PLC, down 8.6% at 70.40 pence, 12-month range 15.00-180.00p. The company signs an exclusive rights agreement with YouneeqAI Technical Services Inc. Under the deal, RC365 has the right to market, distribute and resell YouneeqAI'S platform to customer on an exclusive basis within the UK. The agreement follows the signing of a non-legally binding letter of intent in August for RC365 to acquire exclusive rights to YouneeqAI's intellectual property and platform in the UK. The consideration for the deal is the issue of 6.0 million shares. YouneeqAI will also receive 1% of any gross revenue generated from the use of the platform by RC365. RC365 is the holding company of Regal Crown Technology Ltd, a fintech solutions service provider in China and Hong Kong.

Trident Royalties PLC, down 5.0% at 39.44 pence, 12-month range 35.15-60.44p. The mining royalty company notes that the General Directorate of Mines in Mexico issued a formal notice to Ganfeng Lithium Co Ltd's Mexican subsidiaries indicating that the nine lithium concessions that comprise the Sonora Lithium Project were cancelled. Notes Ganfeng believes the cancellation may result in an asset impairment loss. The Sonora project is a joint venture held equally by Trident and Marmottes Capital Ltd. Ganfeng is the operator of the project.
