Phoenix Copper Ltd - base and precious metals explorer in US state of Idaho - Company announces process of engaging a syndicate of US-based broker dealers to work with its existing brokers to launch a placing of non-dilutive loan notes to fund the development of the Empire Open Pit copper mine in Idaho, US.
Company expects to raise at least USD60 million through the issue of loan noted which will be USD denominated, non-convertible and repayable after ten years.
