Keystone Law Group PLC - London-based law firm - Director of Operations & Compliance William Robins sells 110,000 shares and Non-Executive Director Simon Philips sells 700,000 shares via Root Capital Fund II Limited Partnership, both on Tuesday at GBP4.75, worth GBP3.8 million in total. Robins now has 1.5 million shares, a 4.6% stake, while Root Capital has 350,000, a 1.1% holding.

Superdry PLC - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based clothing retailer - Julian Dunkerton, founder & chief executive, buys 154,809 shares at GBP1.39, worth GBP214,4432 on Tuesday. Dunkerton had bought 846,833 shares worth GBP1.1 million on Monday.

Yourgene Health PLC - Manchester-based molecular diagnostics - Senior Independent Director John Brown buys 150,000 shares, Chief Operating Officer Hayden Jeffreys buys 27,634, and Chief Financial Officer Barry Hextall buys 27,626, all on Tuesday at 18p, together worth GBP36,947. Brown now has 250,000 shares, Jeffreys 333,494 and Hextall 549,675.

Photo-Me International PLC - Epsom, Surrey-based operator of instant-service equipment, such as photobooths and self-service laundry - Chief Executive Officer & Deputy Chair Serge Crasnianski buys 275,820 shares via Tibergest Pte Ltd at 52 pence, worth GBP143,426, on Tuesday.
