LONDON (Alliance News) - PureCircle Ltd said its new Chief Financial Officer Rakesh Sinha bought 20,000 shares at a price of 335 pence per share on Wednesday.
The stevia ingredients producer appointed Sinha in February and he will take over the role after the retirement of incumbent William Mitchell later in the year.
Sinha previously worked for Anglo-Dutch consumer goods firm Unilever PLC, where he has held a number of senior finance and strategic roles over the past 17 years, including as finance director of the Australian and New Zealand ice-cream business and CFO of Unilever Taiwan and Hong Kong.
The stock was down 2.2% at 335.50p Wednesday.
