ThinkSmart Ltd - Perth, Australia-based digital payments platform - Non-Executive Director Peter Gammell buys 2.0 million shares at 24.00p, worth GBP480,000, on Wednesday last week. Gammell now has 12.6 million shares, a 12% stake. Non-Executive Director David Adams buys 100,000 shares at 22.00p on Monday. The purchase is his only holding.

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - Warwickshire-based luxury car maker - Non-executive directors Mahmoud Samy Mohamed Aly Elsayed and Abdallah Abouelseoud buy 1.0 million shares and 400,000 shares, respectively, at 50 pence each, as part of company's share raise last week. Aston Martin said on Friday it had raised GBP152 million from its placing and retail offer of 304.0 million shares, 19.99% of its shares prior to the issue, at 50p. Abouelseoud separately buys 200,000 shares at GBP0.5586 on Friday.

DX Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based parcel freight, courier and logistics services - Non-Executive Director Paul Goodson buys 201,510 shares at 12.40p, worth GBP24,986, on Friday. Goodson now has 2.9 million shares, a 0.5% stake.

Kingswood Holdings Ltd - London-based wealth manager - Head of Wealth Leigh Philpot buys 141,242 shares at 17.7p, worth GBP25,000, on Thursday last week. Non-executive directors David Hudd and Jonathan Freeman buy 100,000 shares at 18.00p and 27,144 shares at 18.42p, respectively, also on Thursday.
