PME African 2017 Net Asset Value Lower As It Seeks To Sell Assets

LONDON (Alliance News) - PME African Infrastructure Opportunities PLC on Thursday reported a slight decline in net asset value per share for 2017 as it looks to realise its remaining assets.

Net asset value per share at the end of 2017 was USD0.21, compared to USD0.23 a year prior.

The company's plan for 2018 is to continue to try to sell its remaining property in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, provided the country's economic situation stabilises.

Shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at USD0.095.
