Plaza Centers Sells Brasov, Romania Plot For EUR620,000

LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV on Tuesday said it has signed a pre-agreement for the sale of a plot of land in Brasov, Romania for EUR620,000.

Shares in Plaza Centers closed down 29% Tuesday at 25.00 pence each.

Plaza Centers said the sale price represents "slightly above" the last reported book value for the plot.
