Gift Cards Provider Park Group Appoints Tim Clancy As Finance Head

LONDON (Alliance News) - Park Group PLC, the company behind Love2Shop prepaid gift card, said Monday that Tim Clancy will succeed Martin Stewart as group finance director on August 4.

Stewart announced his intention to step down in December 2017 but agreed to remain with the gift-card provider until his successor could be found.

Clancy has served as chief financial officer at Assurant Europe, Assurant Inc's European subsidiary since 2013. Prior to that he was finance director of Lifestyle Services Group Ltd from 2011 to 2013 and commercial finance director of Shop Direct Group.

"We are very pleased to welcome Tim to the company as Group Finance Director. He has a great deal of experience in businesses and sectors which are extremely relevant to Park," said Park Group Chairman Laura Carstenen.

Shares in Park Group were up 0.9% at 6.70 pence each on Monday.
