LONDON (Alliance News) - Pathfinder Minerals PLC on Tuesday appointed Robert Easby as finance director with immediate effect.
Easby was previously finance director at power station construction company IM Power Developments Ltd.
"I am delighted that Robert has joined the board as we continue to focus our efforts on recovery of the company's assets for the benefit of the project and Pathfinder's shareholders," Chief Executive Nick Trew said in a statement.
Shares in Pathfinder were trading up 2.2% at 1.38 pence on Tuesday morning.
