LONDON (Alliance News) - Picton Property Income PLC Wednesday said Chairman Nick Thompson bought 15,164 shares at a price of 71.40 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Thompson holds 118,366 shares representing 0.00219% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were up 0.9% at 71.87p Wednesday.
