(Alliance News) - Oracle Power PLC on Wednesday said it has netted GBP205,811 through an exercise of warrants by shareholders.
The Pakistan-focused power plant developer said it received notices from shareholders to subscribe for a total of 44.2 million shares of which 38.2 million were issued at 0.5 pence per share and six million were issued at a price of 0.25p each.
Shares in the company were 10% lower at 0.99p each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
Following admission of the new shares, Oracle power share capital will be comprised of 1.8 billion shares.
