LONDON (Alliance News) - Cancer diagnostics firm Oncimmune Holdings PLC on Thursday said its has appointed former Tusk Therapeutics Ltd Chief Financial Officer Matthew Hall as finance boss.
Hall will replace Andrew Millet, who has stepped down from his directorship, his role as CFO, and his position as company secretary. His duties will be split between his successors and he will remain with Oncimmune for six months to "ensure an orderly transition".
Hall take on CFO responsibilities, while former Smith & Nephew PLC legal team leader Andrew Stewart has been appointed to assume the role of general counsel & company secretary.
Stewart was responsible for leading the legal teams which supported global merger and acquisition efforts and European commercial operations at medical equipment company Smith & Nephew. Prior to that he was chief counsel, global transactions & corporate at biopharmaceutical firm Shire PLC.
Shares in Oncimmune closed down 1.8% at 80.00 pence.
