(Alliance News) - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd said Monday Oakley Capital Private Equity III has agreed to sell a majority stake in atHome Group to UK investor Mayfair Equity Partners.
atHome is a Luxembourg-based online classifieds and mortgage broking business, which the fund first invested into in 2017. Following the transaction, Oakley Capital Private Equity III will keep a minority stake in the business.
Oakley Capital Investments will get GBP15 million from the transaction, which presents an uplift of 3.0 pence to its net asset value per share of 345p at the end of 2019.
"We would like to thank Soufiane Saadi and his team for their hard work in developing the atHome group over the past three years. We very much look forward to working with them, and with Mayfair, to drive further growth in the future," said Peter Dubens, managing partner at Oakley Capital.
Shares in Oakley Capital were down 1.4% at 275.00 pence on Monday in London.
