(Alliance News) - NCC Group PLC on Thursday said it continues to trade ahead of the same period last year on a like for like revenue basis.
The Manchester-headquartered information assurance firm will hold its annual general meeting on Thursday afternoon. Ahead of it, NCC Group reported overall trading is in line with management's expectations for the full year.
For the financial year ended May 31, NCC recorded revenue of GBP270.5 million and pretax profit of GBP14.8 million.
The company said it expects to report its half-year results for the six months to November 30, on January 27.
"Thanks to our investment and ever-growing assurance and software resilience capabilities, we are well positioned to deliver further growth as the global economy continues its recovery," said Chief Executive Adam Palser.
FTSE 250-listed NCC Group shares were trading 6.8% higher in London on Thursday at 247.25 pence each.
