LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Cyber security firm NCC Group said Chair Chris Stone bought 74,382 shares at a price of GBP1.331 per share on Friday.It has not been disclosed how many shares Stone now holds in the company following the GBP99,002 deal.Shares in NCC closed down 0.8% at 126.00 pence.----------Manchester & London Investment Trust said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold 205,000 shares at a price of GBP4.3850 per share on Thursday. Sheppard sold another 15,000 shares, in a separate transaction, at GBP4.4200 each on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Sheppard now holds in the company following the deals, which totalled GBP965,225. Shares in Manchester & London closed down 0.7% at 440.35p.----------Cloud communications firm IMImobile said Non-Executive Director Vishwanath Alluri bought 85,000 shares at a price of 213.88 pence per share on Thursday. Following this GBP181,798 transaction, Alluri now holds 6.3 million shares in IMImobile, reflecting a 9.5% stake in the company. Shares in IMImobile closed up 4.7% at 224.00p.----------
