DIRECTOR DEALINGS: New Norman Broadbent CEO Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Norman Broadbent PLC said Chief Executive Officer Mike Brennan bought 90,000 shares at a price of 11.5 pence per share Thursday.

The purchase is Brennan's only holding after being appointed in April.

The stock was up 4.6% at 11.50p Thursday.
