LONDON (Alliance News) - Nanoco Group PLC Wednesday said it will go ahead with its GBP20 million equity fundraising and move to the London Stock Exchange's main market from AIM after winning shareholder approval at a general meeting.
Nanoco had confirmed the plans at the end of March.
Its placing consists of about 19.1 million shares at 105 pence each.
Nanoco shares closed flat at 111p on Wednesday.
