LONDON (Alliance News) - MedicX Fund Ltd Thursday said it has acquired a primary care medical centre on Glasgow for an expected price of GBP3.2 million.
The new centre is let to four General Practitioner practises.
The acquisition brings the primary healthcare property investor's total annualised rent roll to GBP29.6 million. Its portfolio is now made up of 124 properties, 10 of which are under construction.
MedicX Fund shares were up 0.5% at 80.925 pence Thursday morning.
