LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital advertising company Matomy Media Group Ltd said Monday it will be investing additional resources into its mobile, social and video advertising capabilities, as well as its data-driven services, as part of a drive to focus on the North American digital advertising market.
Additionally, Chief Executive Officer Ofer Druker will relocated to Matomy's New York City office later in this summer from his current base in Tel Aviv, Israel, after the required approvals.
"North America is a hugely important market for Matomy, and that fact, combined with our enhanced focus on mobile, programmatic and data-driven services, demonstrated by our recent acquisitions of MobFox and Avenlo, has led us to this strategic decision," Druker said in a statement.
Shares in Matomy were up 1.6% at 98.00 pence Monday afternoon.
