Amitay Weiss appointed chair of Matomy Media

(Sharecast News) - Matomy Media announced on Tuesday that Amitay Weiss has been appointed as the chairperson of its board.
The Tel Aviv and London-listed firm also said that Ilan Tamir has been appointed by its board of directors to hold the position of interim chief executive officer, in addition to his position as chief financial officer.

"Mr Tamir's employment with the company will terminate on 30 September," the board added in its short statement.

At 1023 BST, shares in Matomy Media Group were up 30.4% in London, at 6.52p.
