LONDON (Alliance News) - Critical maintenance services provider Marlowe PLC on Tuesday said it has acquired Alpha Peerless Fire Systems Ltd for GBP475,000 in cash.
Marlowe, which owns fire protection, water treatment and hygiene services businesses, said Alpha Peerless is a Maidstone-based fire protection services provider. It installs, services and maintains fire detection and fire suppression systems.
In the year to March 2016, Alpha Peerless made GBP2.6 million in revenue and GBP30,000 in pretax profit, Marlowe said.
Marlowe shares were up 0.6% to 400.00 pence on Tuesday.
