Malvern International PLC - Milton Keynes, England-based learning and skills development - Says it is carrying out an equity fundraising to raise gross proceeds of around GBP1.2 million. The fundraising will consist of a firm and conditional placing to raise up to GBP750,000 through the issue of 604.8 million new shares and a firm and conditional subscription to raise approximately GBP460,000 million through the issue of 230 million new shares, both at a price of 0.2 pence per share.
