LONDON (Alliance News) - Mirriad Advertising PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Bob Head to its board as an independent non-executive director.
Head has a "wealth of experience" acting as a chief executive and non-executive director of a variety of technology and digital businesses, the company said.
The video platform company added that non-executive chair Roger Faxon will retire with immediate effect, as part of the board planned succession. At the end of April, Mirriad had said that Non-Executive Director John Pearson would replace Faxon as non-executive chair.
Mirriad Advertising shares were untraded in London at 5.0 pence each.
