LONDON (Alliance News) - Lowland Investment Co PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Duncan Budge and his wife, Rosemary, acquired 5,000 shares in the company.
The pair bought 2,500 shares each for 1,287.17 pence per share.
Shares in Lowland closed up 2.1% to 1,283.50 pence Wednesday.
