LONDON (Alliance News) - Mineral resources company Keras Resources PLC said on Tuesday that Calidus Resources Ltd, in which Keras holds a 36% stake, has signed an agreement with Pacton Gold Inc.
The agreement features the disposal of non-core conglomerate gold rights over certain tenements at Warrawoona Gold Project in Australia, for 7.0 million shares in Pacton.
The transaction is expected to be completed within 50 days from now.
Shares in Keras Resources were untraded on Tuesday, last quoted at 0.36 pence.
