"The request for a drawdown of ZAR40 million of the remaining ZAR 73 million of the ZAR Equity Facility from ARC was made on 16 March 2022 and has been approved by ARC for draw down on 25 March 2022," Kropz says.

PureTech Health PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based clinical-stage biotherapeutics - Founded entity Gelesis reports results from brand awareness campaign. Within three weeks, Gelesis sees three-fold increase in web traffic and 3.5-fold rise in number of individuals after new prescription. "Gelesis anticipates that its 2022 net product revenue will be approximately USD58 million in its first year of full launch, reaffirming guidance the company issued earlier this year," PureTech says.

Sure Ventures PLC - London-based investment and venture capital company - Says RETìníZE Ltd raises GBP2 million in seed round led by the SVV Software Fund. "RETìníZE is developing an innovative software product called Animotive that is harnessing the latest VR technologies to transform the 3D animation production process. Life Science REIT PLC - life science property investor - Property portfolio valued ay GBP192.2 million at end of 2021. Net asset value per share amounts to 100.2 pence in Life Science REIT's first post-IPO valuation. "The investment adviser continues to make significant progress with its negotiations and diligence on a number of potential acquisitions and expects to make further announcements on these transactions over the next few months. The expected timeframe for the net IPO proceeds to be substantially invested remains in line with the company's guidance at IPO," company adds.

Caerus Mineral Resources PLC - London-based exploration & resource development company - Says phase two drilling at Troulli mine in Cyprus completed on time and within budget. "Metallurgical test work by Jubilee Metals Group PLC is underway and progressing well," company adds. "Drill hole TR22DD025 ended in mineralisation indicating the possible presence of further previously unknown mineralisation dipping beneath barren cover."

Kooth PLC - London-based digital mental health platform - Secures mental health pact in Greater Manchester. "This builds on Kooth's success in supporting 10- to 18-year-olds in the region, and will make professional mental health support available free to the population of nearly 2 million people," company says. Also expands mental health support work in Norfolk, Warwickshire and the Wirral in England, as well as Aberdeenshire, Borders, Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, Highland, and Western Isles in Scotland. Kooth adds: "These contracts are anticipated to add over GBP1 million to Kooth's ARR during the course of 2022 as part of the Board's existing growth plan."

Says Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services issues certificate of registration under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments to Angle's US clinical laboratory. "This is a key step towards achieving CLIA accreditation of the laboratory," company adds.

Scirocco Energy PLC - Leeds, England-based oil & gas investment company - Notes update from Helium One Global Ltd. Helium says ongoing interpretation of Phase II 2D Seismic data spots multiple areas of interest with potential closure at both the Lake Bed and Karoo Group levels. "Helium One intends to complete additional work on the areas of interest to identify drill-ready prospects," Scirocco says. "Helium One is in advanced discussions with a leading global drilling company for the provision of a containerised rig solution." Scirocco has roughly 1% interest in Helium One.

United Oil & Gas PLC - Dublin-based oil and gas company with assets in Egypt, the UK, Italy and Jamaica - Says ASD-2 development well in Abu Sennan licence in Egypt finds 25.5 metres of net pay across multiple oil-bearing reservoirs. United holds 22% stake in Abu Sennan. "ASD-2 is the eighth consecutive successful well at Abu Sennan since United acquired its interest in the licence," United says.
