DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Koovs Directors Buy GBP1.6 Million Worth Of Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Koovs PLC said several directors bought shares in the fashion retailer company, all in separate transactions on Monday.

Executive Chairman Waheed Alli acquired 10.0 million shares at a price of 15.00 pence each, worth GBP1.5 million.

In addition, Non-Executive Director Nina Amin purchased 800,000 shares at the same price, totalling GBP120,000 and Non-Executive Director Emily Sheffield bought 66,667 shares also at 15.00p each, worth GBP10,000.

Shares in Koovs were flat on Monday at 13.40p each.
