LONDRA (Alliance News) - JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC said Thursday that it is considering the possibility of issuing convertible unsecured loan stock.
The issue would be done to provide the company with long term gearing that will enable it to capitalise on opportunities in the small cap index and to convert into ordinary shares
JPMorgan Smaller shares were trading up 1.0% lower at 1,185.00 pence per share.
