Jangada Mines PLC - London-based minerals explorer - Raises CAD1.8 million, about GBP1.0 million, from sale of shares in Toronto-listed ValOre Metals Corp. Sells 7.0 million shares at CAD0.25 each. Shareholding in ValOre reduced to 17%. Funds from sale to be used to further Pitombeiras vanadium project in Brazil.
