LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Simon Bragg bought 401 shares as part of a dividend reinvestment plan, at a price of GBP2.4533 per share on June 2.
Bragg holds a total of 16,341 shares in the investment trust.
Shares closed up 0.3% at 249.80 pence Monday.
