LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American IT PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Kevin Carter bought 12,000 shares at a price of GBP2.4671 per share.
The purchase represents Carter's only holding in the company.
Shares were up 0.2% at 247.87 pence Thursday.
