LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Monday said non-executive director Simon Bragg acquired 81 shares at a price of GBP11.4789 per share.
Following this transaction, Bragg holds 2,922 shares.
Shares in the investment trust were down 0.8% 1,143.00 pence Monday.
