LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Tuesday said that Simon Bragg, a non-executive independent Director of the company, purchased 84 shares pursuant to a monthly savings plan, at a price of GBP11.7267 per share on May 1.
Bragg holds a total of 3,165 shares in the company.
Shares in the trust closed 0.3% lower Tuesday at 1,171.00 pence.
