IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge-based geospatial productivity and collaboration software company focused on the telecoms and utility industries - Kestrel Partners LLP buys 748,000 shares at GBP1.25, worth GBP935,000, on Wednesday. Kestrel now indirectly has an interest in 16.1 million shares, a 26% stake.

UPDATE: IQGeo raises GBP3.5 million for Comsof acquisition

IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge-based geospatial productivity and collaboration software company focused on the telecoms and utility industries - Raises GBP3.5 million in placing of 2.5 million new shares at a price of 125 pence each, in addition to a subscription for 286,4000 new shares at the same price. The new shares represent around 4.8% of its existing share capital. Non-Executive Director Robert Sansom subscribes for 204,400 shares for a total of GBP255,500, bringing his resultant shareholding to 7.2% of the enlarged share capital.

IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge-based geospatial productivity and collaboration software company focused on the telecoms and utility industries - Issues 160,266 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The admission will be on or around Thursday, the firm says. The shares are issued to the vendors of OSPInsight International Inc, which IQGeo bought in December 2020 for USD8.8 million. IQGeo also makes additional cash payment USD295,625 as part of the acquisition agreement. It will pay another USD483,750 to OSPInsight in the future. IQGeo software company has 57.7 million ordinary shares following the new admission.
