LONDON (Alliance News) - Host Europe Holdings Ltd Monday said it has terminated discussions with Iomart Group regarding a takeover and it is no longer considering making an offer to acquire the web hosting company.
Host Europe is controlled by funds managed by Cinven Capital Management (V) General Partner Ltd.
In July the company said it had approached Iomart with a a possible cash offer for 285 pence per share.
Iomart shares closed down 3.0% at 266.20 pence Monday.
