LONDON (Alliance News) - Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC said Tuesday it appointed Anthony Samaha as a non-executive director of the boiler marker with immediate effect.
Samaha - a chartered accountant - is also expected to sit on Inspirit's audit and remuneration committees. He is currently non-executive at Reabold Resources PLC.
"I am pleased to welcome Anthony to the Board of Inspirit," Inspirit Chairman John Gunn said. "Anthony brings independence and public company, including AIM, experience to the board from his previous roles in a number of organisations."
Shares in Inspirit were 18% higher at 0.065 pence on Tuesday.
