LONDON (Alliance News) - Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Chairman David Lenigas bought 1.5 million shares at a price of 1.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Lenigas holds 5 million shares, 0.87% of the company's total issued share capital.
Shares in the renewable energy holding company were up 12% at 1.60p Tuesday morning.
