Impact Healthcare REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on healthcare properties - Completes equity fundraise of GBP22.3 million via placing and subscription offer for 19.0 million shares at a price of 117 pence each. As previously announced, the funds will be put towards the firm's GBP169 million acquisition pipeline, with six portfolios consisting of 27 separate care homes.
