Impact Health Share Price (IHR)

Hi Jonny. A REIT is just a listed company like any other to some degree. There’s some rules around how much of revenue is to be paid out as dividends in order to qualify as a REIT. I haven’t read much into management fees but as i understand it the company has some employees, a BoD etc so there are the usual costs a company would incur.

Appreciate that’s not much but hopefully gives some insight. You should be able to look at annual report and find it’s not so dissimilar to any other company.

Hi folks - relatively new to all . I am interested in acquiring shares in this REIT. I believe the sector will be a great long term investment. However, I've no experience in purchasing REIT's, is there an ongoing fee? How is this different to holding a share in a company say? Sorry I've genuinely tried to research this myself but struggling to get clear answers. I did see an ongoing charge of 1.54% is that correct? And a minimum investment of 25? Is that units/shares?

Just added another 12074 of these. I already hold PHP and like the look of REITs at the moment. This isaslightly different sub-sector to PHP and I think that they will both do well long term. In the short term who knows.
