IN BRIEF: IG Design directors buy 200,000 shares; Hedlund stake 23.5%

IG Design Group PLC- Buckinghamshire-based consumer gift packaging and stationery - Five directors buy a total of 203,329 shares at prices ranging from 70.0 pence to 83.0p, worth about GBP150,000, on Tuesday. Interim Executive Chair Stewart Gilliland buys 50,000 shares, Interim Chief Operating Officer Lance Burn buys 25,679, Senior Independent Director Mark Tentori buys 28,554 and non-executive directors Anders Hedlund and Clare Askem buy 75,000 and 24,096, respectively. Hedlund now interested in 22.9 million shares, a 23.5% stake. The others have negligible holdings.

Current stock price: 82.27 pence, up 2.9% on Wednesday
